Stop the erection of a 413ft wind turbine sited close to highly populated area.
The turbine is large unshielded machinery and must be subject to risk assessment of hazards of flying debris in the event of structural failure of the turbine blades, this happening may be statistically small, should it occur it could be catastrophic with a risk of injury or death to the public.
