Lower the curfew of fireworks to 9pm on a normal night

Petition Details

The curfew for fireworks should be lowered to 9pm on a normal night because little children go to bed at 9pm & dogs will not be afraid for too long & their owners will be able to get to sleep not worrying about there pets.
