Prevent private companies from issuing unfair extortinate parking charge notices
Make it illegal for private companies to issue parking charge notices against motorists for example stopping for only seconds at a time or for unknowingly parking for a longer period of time permitted in a supermarket car park
The government is allowing these companies to hide behind flaws (loopholes) in law and penalise road users for minor issues and also charge ridiculess amounts of money in british courts. Its time the government outlaw these companies and protect motorists from these scammers.
