Ban all shops from selling fireworks only allow organised public displays to buy
Every year juvenile delinquents manage to get fireworks and act inappropriately with them. They either set them off at houses, animals, emergency services and even injure themselves. It's time to ban all shops from selling all types of fireworks and only allow organised public displays to buy them.
These are just some news articles of firework incidents involving juvenile delinquents.
