Petition Action

To sign the Parliamentary Motion welcoming the Court’s Article 50 Ruling.

Petition Details

By signing the Motion submitted by Ms McGarry MP, show support to the bravery of Gina Miller for launching her case in the face of criticism that she was attempting to subvert democracy when, in the judgment of three of the UK’s most senior judges, she was in fact the person upholding it.

Additional Information

Whatever one’s stance on Brexit is, Ms Gina Miller should be applauded as a role model for young people, for standing up against huge pressure and finding through the law a voice which goes beyond the particular expediencies of the politics of the day.

(Note: due to the recent criminal charges against Ms McGarry MP for fraud, it should be made clear that supporting her Motion (No.648) in no way demonstrates any view on her or those charges, but is solely supporting the view expressed in her Motion.)
