No to Penalty fares and yes to good customer services on Britain's railways.
Train users are being treated as guilty until proven innocent by fare enforcement officers and sometimes fine people even when it is not possible to buy a ticket before boarding. Passengers who are willing to buy a ticket on the train they should be able to buy tickets on the train.
