Ban the parliamentary practice of filibustering
I have been personally ashamed recently to see the Turning law and a law on paying interns the minimum wage 'filibustered' or talked out. This practice has no place in modern society. We need a parliament that works for ordinary people and is transparent. This tactic is neither
