Allow/encourage drug testing facilities to prevent needless deaths of clubbers.
Following another needless death of a person on a night out in Newcastle this weekend as a result of taking dodgy drugs can we allow & encourage testing facilities so that those who are going to take one know what it is. Taking the hard line is not helping or preventing tragedy.
This is not asking for legalisation but will help save lives. Surely the first role of government is to protect its citizens even when their actions conflict with the law. It will help prevent seeing yet more stories as below:
