I suggest that any HGV driver caught driving whilst using a mobile device, should be issued a instant life long ban. In view of the amount of accidents and deaths caused by this. If applicable an additional fine to the registered keeper of £5000.00 should be issued.

I suggest that any HGV driver caught driving whilst using a mobile device, should be issued a instant life long ban. In view of the amount of accidents and deaths caused by this. If applicable an additional fine to the registered keeper of £5000.00 should be issued. UK courts should also have the power to ban foreign drivers to the UK upon presentation of their licences at UK ports.
