The NHS should only be available to nationals of the United Kingdom
The National Health Service should be just that - only for those who are nationals of the United Kingdom. If we travel abroad, we are expected to have health insurance. Why should non-nationals and those with no right to reside have unfettered access to the NHS? In these times of austerity, legislation should be introduced to ensure that only nationals of the UK can use the free services provided by the NHS. If you are not a national, you should be required to pay.
