Re-open the Central line back to Ongar Station
In 1994 the Central Line stopped its service to Ongar. Over the last 22 years both areas have increased in capacity with the surrounding areas growing. Traffic and pressure on Epping station is immense. People drive from Chelmsford, Harlow, Dunmow to name a few just to connect to the Underground.
The last bus to North Wealth and Ongar is 8:45pm. Expensive housing has pushed many of us out to further areas but we still need to commute to London for work. Help ease the pressure at Epping by extending the line to Ongar. The demand is overwhelming.
