Regulate secondary selling ticket websites to prevent excessive resale values
Genuine fans of groups, sporting clubs or events miss out on tickets at the intended price due to individuals or organisations using computer software to "harvest" tickets as soon as they go on sale. Individuals make excessive profits from fans because they have the technology to buy tickets first.

This article highlights an example of secondary website offering tickets for a sold out gig far in excess of the face value.
