Require the Cabinet ministers to have experience relevant to their roles.

Petition Details

In most public sector jobs the relevant Cabinet minister has little/no experience actually doing any of the jobs they oversee. It would give them more credibility if they have done the jobs in the sector that they're responsible for. eg.The minister for health should have worked in healthcare.
