Drinking and Driving
The amount of alcohol allowed when driving should be reduced, to none.
If found over the drink drive limit then not only should a minimum of a two year ban be imposed but also the offender should be required to retake their driving test to a higher standared.
Also an alcohol breath restrictor, restricting the car from starting be fitted to the offenders car, the cost being covered by the offender.
