Make 16+ Zip Oyster cards a form of legal age identification for purchases.
Isn't it annoying going to the cinema and being turned away because you don't have any "accepted ID" on you? Trying to buy lottery tickets for your family? It isn't right that to be able to do these things, you have to carry your passport around, when there's a perfectly good ZIP card in your pocket
