A change in UK wide Employment Law is required to protect the Employee.

Petition Details

The present two year employment rule should be amended. Currently an Employer can sack an Employee at any point and for any reason right up until their two year service has been completed and the Employee has no rights to take the Employer to an Employment Tribunal.
