Make it illegal to knock over a cat and not stop/take it to a vet.
In the UK it is an offence to knock over a dog and not stop. Yet it is LEGAL to knock over a cat.
I lost my second cat to road traffic who did not stop less than three hours before writing this petition. Please help this petition gain enough momentum to give our cats respect.
