Review funding into public services. Local authorities, NHS,police etc need help

Working in the public sector I have seen a decline in the last few years and knowing what future budgets hold I fear for communities. Had funding been correct over the years then there wouldn't be issues such as complaints on GP access or lack of bin collections etc

The evidence here is qualitative:
We all know someone who:

* Has struggled to see a doctor
* Is homeless or can't get housing
* Parents who scramble each year for a decent school place
* who is struggling to afford to eat
* works too many hours because they can't afford childcare
* damaged a tyre due to pot holes in roads
* Lack of landscaping
* crime not responded too
