Restrict the use of fireworks to Bonfire Night and New Year's Eve only
Fireworks are used weeks before Novemever the 5th consequently causing distress to animals and members of the public. Restrict the use of fireworks to Bonfire Night and New Year's Eve in order to prevent such upset. The fireworks can still be used at home, but only on the days specified.
