Petition Details

There are cases of Commonwealth citizens who've served in the UK Armed Forces and once out, do not have the automatic right to remain. One case involves a Jamaican who served in the Royal Navy but his application has taken over a year, meanwhile he cannot work or claim benefits. This must change!
