Award inconsiderate parkers TWO Penalty Points

Additional Information

Please consider making "inconsiderate and obstructive" parking a more serious offence by awarding TWO penalty Points to the driving licences of regular offenders.

In many small towns and villages and seaside resorts it seems as though the authorities have stopped enforcing Parking Regulations.
