Disabled access assessment, for all companies with more than 10 employees.
Almost 1 in 5 people in the UK live with a disability. They are however, far less likely to be in employment. In January 2016, the UK employment rate among working age disabled people was 46.5%, compared to 84% of non-disabled people.
The cost of running this initiative should be offset by an increase in the number of disabled in work.
