The RSPCA ENG/Wales should keep powers to prosecute those who abuse animals.
The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Select Committee is considering if the RSPCA should lose its powers to prosecute those who abuse animals. If the RSPCA powers to prosecute are taken away it leaves the question who will do this? As a nation of animal lovers I ask you sign the petition.
Support the RSPCA in the excellent work they do.
