Chris Grayling to answer to an inquiry about the damage caused to the prisons
Chris Grayling in his role as the Minister for Justice instigated a number of reforms that put staff and prisoners in grave danger. Despite being warned by the POA of the risk this would pose he went ahead. The number of assaults, concerted indiscipline and suicides rose sharply as a direct result.
