Limit how much a Estate Agent can charge for a Credit Check for new tenants

Petition Details

Credit searches for new tenants costs the Estate Agent around £7 a search. Most new tenants have to pay the Estate Agent between £120 and £250 for this. It's hard enough trying to fund a house move without the EA taking a huge chunk. This fee needs capping at no more that £50pp
