Make only quiet fireworks available for sale to the general public.
Only allow softer firework celebrations, it will reduce stress for noise-sensitive children, veterans, older people, pets and wildlife. The aforementioned compromise, will still allow firework lovers to enjoy firework displays, but without causing acute auditory stress and emotional upset to others.
