Abolish the 'Snoopers Charter' (Communications Data Bill)
Officially known as the Communications Data Bill, is a Mass Surveillance law which further extends the government's ability to collect all of our communications.
The police and intelligence services should target people suspected of crimes instead of collecting everyone's data, all of the time.
It will force ISPs and Mobile Phone networks to keep records of all communication its customers have. This includes browsing history, emails, text messages, phone calls, social media use and instant messaging. In addition it will give further power to security agencies and law enforcement agencies to access this data for whatever they deem to be acceptable reasons.
