Give British Citizens True Freedom Of Speech In Written Law

Petition Details

I request that the government look into having a First Amendment style approach to free speech allowing offensive speech unless it is libellous or encourages one to break the law. Legislation like the Malicious Communications Act 1988 [1] is antithetical to a free society.
