Debate cost of Buckingham Palace refurbishment while NHS is in a critical state.
I work in the NHS. My role requires me to work at very many different trusts so I have a good overall picture of the state of affairs of the NHS. It is a very bad picture with a gloomy forecast. People are dying and more will die due to a lack of progressive strategic planning for the last 4 govts.
