No commercial fisherman ie rod and lines to have a day license to fish
non-commercial fisherman to have a day license to fish or the sure as us commercial fisherman has to pay for a license to be able to sell are fish and all quoters when known commercial road liners are allowed to take as many fish home as they like without quoters and can sell with no police
