Restrict car engine size to 1000cc to newly qualified drivers for 1year

Additional Information

Too many of our newly qualified car drivers are being killed each year driving cars with big engines that they do not yet have the experience and skill to control. Government should implement a one year restriction on engine size for cars eg 1000cc driven by newly qualified drivers.
