Newly qualified teenage car drivers should not be able to give lifts to other teenagerss
Newly qualified teenage car drivers should not be able to give lifts to other teenagers, as in some states in USA. The pressure to show off in front of friends when behind the wheel is well known and too many teenagers die on our roads each year as passengers or as drivers with friends. Please legislate to make teenagers only able to give lifts to adults over 21 years of age.
