Legally any processes, such as the epetitions site, have to be conducted through a democratic process.
For example one has more signatures on paper of people who have signed a petition than the number of signatures allowed to be seen on this web-site, for example to stop the sale of fireworks.
That people who have signed the petition via pets associated organisations, such as the vets., solicitors, parrots mag., parrot society, and other magasines and web-sites which are pets and children related.
