Give all UK voters the right to vote in Scottish, Welsh, and Irish Parliaments.
Where Regional legislation affects the whole of the UK the UK voter should have the same rights as the Regional voter.
Similarly when the UK Elected Government passes legislation , dependent regions should have no extra powers or influence.
