Repeal ALL anti-smoking legislation.

Petition Details

Smoking tobacco is a legal past time, the Government has no legitimate right to restrict a legal activity. The covering up of cigarettes in shops is ridiculous and counter productive. Plain packaging does not work. The high taxation is counter productive and encourages smuggling.
