Make children's mental health issues a priority before they reach adulthood.
Having a teenage daughter with anxiety issues after bullying at school, I find that access to mental health facilities, such as CAMHS, takes time and due to lack of funds, appointments are severely limited. Early intervention would surely cut down on mental health issues in adulthood.
Support for families of young people with mental health issues is near non existent. I feel help and advice should be made available in order for families to understand, gain knowledge and support vulnerable young people.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. You could start a new petition explaining clearly how you would like the Government to prioritise mental health services for children.
