Redefine Children Act 1989 allow both biological mothers & fathers equal rights
Parental Responsibility (PR) as defined in the Children Act 1989 (CA 89) has caused so much misery and in extreme cases death of parents and children, there must be an equal 50/50 responsibilities and authorities in relation to the child and the child’s property for biological parents .
