Stop prosecuting and persecuting servicemen for alleged human rights abuses.
In the past any suggestion of wrong doing by military personnel was investigated by the military - if any was discovered and thought to be serious enough it was passed to the civil courts to deal with. Now, the civilian legal profession has usurped this, no doubt to enhance their financial rewards.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. For example, you could start a new petition asking for military personnel to be immune from all forms of prosecution, both civil and military; or, alternatively, you could start a petition calling for military personnel to have their cases heard in military courts before they proceed to civil courts.
