Petition Details

many hundreds of children have suffered and continue to suffer because of institutional doubt.

Additional Information

This petition is of course supported by the often late action of hundreds of whistle-blowers who should have reported their feelings much earlier than they did. This petition would remove both doubt and onus by making a legally required course of action perfectly clear to all concerned.
