Holiday companies should have a cut of time to reply to complaints
All holiday companies should have a time limit to reply to complaints. Why should the paying customer be chasing holiday companies for answers to be continually fobbed off.
Let's get rules in place where complaints are sorted within a time limit and not being left for months and even years!!!!
