Review and reform foster care system to bring major changes for kids and carers.
The foster care system helps raise children who's parents are unable to. It relies on three sections to work: family's and carers to care for children day to day and social workers to mediate between the too. This is often a difficult process and current rules, funding and procedure rarely work.
The system currently is broken. Kids go with out desperately needed help. Carers are not supported. Social workers are over worked.
Lives are torn apart potential is wasted things need to change.
