Give harsher sentences to people that abuse animals
After the terrible abuse of poor Ronnie the Staffordshire Bull Terrier, resulting in Ronnie's death, the government need to increase the sentences on any member of the public that abuses animals.
In memory of Ronnie the Staffordshire Bull Terrier.
