Change the house buying and selling process.
Whilst trying to buy a property my mortgage lender used a solicitor who just failed in their duty to complete the transaction in a fair timescale which resulted in me losing my purchase.
Why don't we adopt the Scottish system whereby once you have made an offer there is no backing out?
