Cyclists should complete a road safety test and pay for insurance and road tax.

Petition Details

Over the last few years there has been a increase in road accidents involving cyclists. Some accidents happen through a complete lack of road sense. It is dangerous to the cyclists and especially to drivers on the road. Cyclists should also pay for road tax and be insured if they are using the road.
