Petition Action

Allow for the Victoria line Underground to be extended to Herne Hill station.

Petition Details

There was a consultation on extending the Victoria line to Herne Hill and beyond 4 years ago which was never put to the residents of the area before being rejected. The existing infrastructure is reported to exist to allow for Herne Hill to benefit from being connected to the Victoria Line.

Additional Information

We would like to allow local residents and businesses to decide whether the line can be extended as part of ongoing regeneration of the area. Dulwich and Herne Hill would benefit from this connection and commuting would be much improved.
