Petition Action

Stop backyard breeding.

Petition Details

Ok it's the time of year where puppies are bought for children. The all famous images of a puppy sat under the tree with a big red ribbon around its neck, but for how long will this cuteness last?
We need to make people who breed pay for a licence.

Additional Information

So many dogs who are still puppies themselves are in a dog home, even the dog from last years Christmas has been replaced and dumped.
We've all heard the say 'a dog is for life, not just for Christmas' but why are people still doing this? You wouldn't have a baby for Christmas and turf it off to s foster home because it's not behaving and lost its cuteness? So why do it to a puppy, a defenceless animal ?
