Make driving 25mph or more UNDER the speed limit a punishable offence.
When driving on dual carriage ways or 50mph A roads getting stuck behind drivers who are driving at a speed significantly slower than the speed limit set is a common occurence. It causes unnecessary over taking and can potentially be as dangerous as someone speeding. It needs to be addressed.
