Eliminate the state pension & benefits to pay for the costs of brexit
It is unfair for the costs of exiting the EU and any financial risk to our economy to be paid for by the young & employed.
The cost of setting up & running the Department of Exiting the EU & any subsequent downturn in the economy should be paid for by eliminating the state pension, job seekers allowance, pension credit etc. Any future downturn in government tax receipts due to recession should be paid for by eliminating these programs before increasing VAT or pay roll taxes.
