Put a cap on rent for tenants where landlords are overcharging
There is a high demand in rent charges as house prices are going up and landlords are charging extortionate amounts and this amount is rising day by day.
Tenants are now facing problems paying and are desperate to keep up their rent payments alongside their bills in order to survive.
