Reduce the charges for customers with NO Gas and on Economy Seven electricity

Additional Information

Consumers with No gas supply and who have Night storage Electric Heating are trapped and held to ransom by the Economy seven tarriff.

These consumers should all get a rebate of £1000 to compensate them for the excess amount that they are required to pay for daylight electric power they consume.
